What happens when I win a cash prize?

If you win a cash prize the money is sent to your account and will appear on the Credits & Subscriptions page. You can have the money sent to your PayPal or by redeeming it. You can also use the cash you have in your account to purchase subscriptions and credits packages.

What does out of range mean?

If another players is out of your range it means your networth is either too high or low to reach the player in question. See range.

Why are my defensive/operative units getting "pissed" and leaving me?

You have to keep your units' happiness levels above 80% for them to work efficiently and not leave you. See happiness.

How to stop a subscription?

You can cancel a recurring subscription from your PayPal account.

Can I close my account?

How to report cheaters?

If you think that someone might be cheating you should not make accusations on the forums, message board or via messages. Open a new support ticket and an admin will deal with it.

Can I share my internet connection with another player?

Sharing internet connections is not allowed.

Can I share my computer with another player?

Sharing computers is against the rules and will get your account removed from the game.

What does getting zeroed mean?

Getting zeroed means losing all of your defensive units.

Why do I get the player is protected message when trying to attack someone?

What if I already completed a challenge before unlocking its group?

It depends whether the challenge was completed in the current round or not. If you complete a challenge of a locked group and unlock the group afterwards, then it does count. Challenges that depend on collective stats don't depend on this rule.

Can I have two accounts?

Having multiple accounts is not allowed.

How can I see the results of older rounds?

Past rounds results can be seen on the Past winners page. Please note that it can take up to an hour for the Staff to distribute the winnings and post the results.
