Having more than 1 account is strictly forbidden. One account per player only.

Sharing computers

Sharing a computer or accounts is not allowed under any circumstances. Using the same IP address is acceptable as long as you do not share the same computer. Using multiple IP addresses and/or computers to access your account is perfectly fine.

Transferring money or maxing between accounts from the same IP address is forbidden.

Usage of exploits and outside programs

Any player found exploiting a security flaw, bug, or error will be banned from the site. Using a bots, outside programs, browser plugins to alter the affects of the game and create an unfair advantage is considering cheating and will get you banned. That includes auto refreshing.

Spamming

Any user generated content which contains links to other similar games is considered spamming. You may discuss other games via private messaging only but may not provide a referral link or game link of any kind.

Profanities

The use of profanity anywhere in the game is to be used at your own discretion. Hate messages towards a particular group, race, religion, sex, ethnicity, culture and/or country is not allowed. Sexual and racist comments, and real life threats will not be tolerated. What Support Staff deem as unnecessary and/or excessive profanity will result in punishment which is determined by Staff.

Names and profiles

Player and family names must not include profanity or insult a group, race, religion, sex, ethnicity, culture and/or country. You may not impersonate other players or families by deliberately choosing similar names.

Player and family profiles must not contain any unsuitable material that is obscene, racist, abusive, excessively threatening, or pornographic. Mild adult content is allowed.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with an aspect of the game, please submit a Support Ticket with the details of your complaint.

Do not post complaints on any publicly viewed area of the site. Mass messaging other players with the sole intention of spamming your complaint is not allowed.

Banned accounts

If you have attacked or been attacked by a banned player, you should ask for reimbursement by opening a new support ticket with the details of the banned player. There is no need to copy and paste the attack logs.

Farming

You may not freely allow your own score to be reduced to the direct gain of another player. An example of this would be "attack", where an in game attacker and defender have consented in advance to let the attacker steal resource objects or kill the defender with reduced or no risk to the attacker.

The penalties in case in which you are found guilty of breaking a rule are the following:

Round ban (temporary ban)
Game ban (permanent ban from the game)
Account reset (forfeiture of credits, awards and challenge progress)
